In this New York premiere, Ann Liv Young reinterprets Cinderella as Sherry—her chatty alter ego—promising, "Our version of Cinderella pleases no one." She challenges the stereotypes of being an aggressive woman while placing a lens on acts of kindness, helplessness and wickedness.
