Columbia Ballet Collaborative

This company, formed in 2007 by five professional ballet students enrolled at Columbia University, continues its push for new choreography. Its spring season features works by Chehon Wespi-Tschopp (an award winner at the Royal Ballet Choreographic Competition), Emery LeCrone (CBC's resident choreographer), Daniel Catanach (artistic director of Urban Ballet Theater) and Melissa Thomas (former American Ballet Theatre dancer).
