Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo

The Trocks—the all-male ballet company directed by Tory Dobrin—return to the Joyce with two programs, including the U.S. premiere of Laurencia, which was choreographed in 1939 by Vakhtang Chabukianai for the Kirov Ballet. This Soviet-era ballet tells the the story of a (what else?) peasant uprising; programs also include Paquita, Go for Barocco and Swan Lake.
