Martha Graham Dance Company: Sacred/Profane

The Graham company keeps the modern dance master's legacy alive with three programs. Included are The Rite of Spring (1984), Embattled Garden (1958), Panorama (1935) and a reconstruction of the lost solo Ekstasis (1933). Along with these Graham works are more recent pieces by Lar Lubovitch and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and the world premiere of Lucinda Childs's Histoire.
