Meredith Monk

In one of the most anticipated events of the spring, Meredith Monk reprises her 1972 work in Education of the Girlchild Revisited, in which Monk reverses the aging cycle: appearing first as an old woman, she gradually transforms—through movement and singing—into young girl. The program also includes Shards, a new compilation of music, images and movement drawn from pieces created between 1969 and 1973.
