Time Out says
The spring season goes straight to the company's core, with two weeks of Balanchine's black-and-white ballets. These repertory masterpieces—Concerto Barocco, The Four Temperaments, Agon, Apollo, to name a few—highlight the paramount relationship of movement and music. Then, the company honors choreographer August Bournonville in a new staging of his La Sylphide by ballet-master-in-chief Peter Martins and Bournonville Divertissements. The season continues with repertory favorites, such as West Side Story Suite and Symphony in C, and ends with a week of Balanchine's delightful A Midsummer Night's Dream.
