Peridance Contemporary Dance Company

Choreographer Igal Perry founded the Peridance Capezio Dance Center in 1983, and his dancers are beautifully trained to perform work that links balletic and modern traditions. The lineup for this free SummerStage show includes Norbert De La Cruz III's Face to Face and Perry's own Gran Partita, which premiered earlier this year. The evening begins with a workshop that teaches audience members to perform excerpts from Alvin Ailey's modern-dance classic Revelations.
