Pride Week at the Joyce

The Joyce dances its way through Pride week with two LGBTQ companies performing in rep. The all-male Madboots Dance (Jun 19, 21, 23), led by Jonathan Campbell and Austin Diaz, interrogates American ideals of manhood in MASC and also offers the world premiere of Gay Guerrilla; trans choreographer Sean Dorsey and his company, Sean Dorsey Dance (June 20, 22, 23), present The Missing Generation, inspired by interviews with survivors of the early AIDS epidemic.
