Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch

The company returns to BAM with one of Bausch's seminal works: Kontakthof, or "courtyard of contact." In the piece, formally attired dancers confront, tease and vie for the affection of the opposite sex to the tune of popular ’30s ditties in an examination of all the joyful and ridiculous rituals of courtship.
