The American Dance Guild Performance Festival: Visions—Then and Now

At its opening-night gala, the ADG honors longtime dance innovator Jane Comfort and the politically engaged choreographer Eleo Pomare, who died in 2008. Festival programming also includes works by more than 30 other artists, including Joniece Boykins, Douglas Dunn, Valerie Alpert, Chiao-Ping Li, Ara Fitzgerald and the late Donald McKayle.
