U.S. Pole Dancing Championship 2011

It’s not easy to pull off a full split while holding on to a metal pole and hanging upside down. But that’s just one example of what the competitors in the U.S. Pole Dance Championship 2011 will be doing, as they show off their Cirque du Soleil–worthy moves—and in six-inch heels, to boot. Amateurs compete at 1pm and the pros will take the stage at 7:30pm.
