In Dabke, choreographer Zvi Gotheiner deconstructs the traditional line dance performed at weddings in the Middle East; the production is set to music by Scott Killian—Gotheiner's frequent collaborator—and Ali El Deek, a Syrian composer. The evening also includes a performance by the orchestra El Gusto.
