Cinemarosa Sixth Anniversary Celebration

Queens' first and only LGBT film series celebrates its sixth year with a screening of shorts by local filmmakers. Works will include "Astoria, Queens," directed by Kyle Thomas Coker and inspired by The Wizard of Oz, and "Countertransference," directed by Madeleine Olnek and about a woman in therapy. Plus, catch live performances by the Ruffian Arms, a Williamsburg rock band, and modern-dance group Mano a Mano Tango Company.
