Eighth Cine Fest Petrobras Brasil

The annual Brazilian Film Festival features a trio of LGBT-themed screenings this year: Elvis & Madona, a romantic comedy about the romance between a young lesbian, Elvis and a travestite named Madona; Queen of Brasil, a documentary about a small-town boy who heads to Rio de Janeiro with hopes of becoming the next Miss Gay Brazil; and Rita Cadillac: The Lady of the People, a documentary about a 1980s sex symbol in retirement.
