Cleopatra

There’s at least two hours of truly spectacular footage in this, the most expensive epic of its day, with Elizabeth Taylor as the Egyptian queen. Pity that the movie runs four hours long. Rex Harrison, as Caesar, is one of the few actors to escape with dignity intact.
