Celebrating its 17th year of screening independent films for New Yorkers who can’t make it out to Park City or Austin, the Gen Art Film Festival is back with another lineup of solid Indiewood flicks. The fest runs through Tue 14 with titles likeMartin Snyder’s Missed Connections, starring Jon Abrahams and Mickey Sumner (soon to play Patti Smith in an upcoming CBGB biopic), and Ishai Setton's The Kitchen, starring Laura Prepon and Bryan Greenberg.
