Kiss Me Kate

It’s not easy to make an irresistible treat even more enticing, but the 3-D version of Kiss Me Kate manages the trick. Alongside other classic musicals of the 1950s, the film admirably holds its own, with a buoyant mood and a candy-colored visual palette that does justice to screenwriter Dorothy Kingsley’s play-within-a-play.
