On the way to see the Japanese internment camps in the titular Arkansas city, two tourists from the Land of the Rising Sun bond with local beer-drinking kids. Also on the bill are Michael Langan's "Heliotropes" (2010) and Christopher Arcella's "The Surrealist" (2011).
