Mojo

Movies based on plays are almost always disappointing—doubly so when the playwright adapts the work himself. Mojo boasts terrific performances from Ian Hart and (in a chilling bit part) Harold Pinter, but it’s so elliptical that the only thing to do when it’s over is shrug. Butterworth will take questions after the screening.
