The Canal Street Madam

In this doc, Jeanette Meier, the woman who ran the infamous Canal Street Brothel in New Orleans, tells how her business and life were ruined by a very public FBI crucifying. Screening as part of IFC's "Stranger than Fiction" series, the film will be followed by a Q&A with director Cameron Yates and producer Mridu Chandra.
