The Keep

The director was just about to unleash Miami Vice on TV and begin his serious ascendancy to topflight, stylish cop fare (Heat), but this odd, supernatural WWII film—about Nazis angering evil spirits in a Romanian citadel—remains a deservedly lesser-known effort.
