The Marvelous World of Segundo de Chomón

Often referred to as the “Spanish Méliès,” De Chomón was a special effects pioneer in silent cinema. The Film Society presents a selection of his work in this program. Titles include "The Electric Hotel" (1908), "The Witch’s Cave" (1907) and "The King of Dollars" (1905).
