The latest from Iranian director Mohammad Rasoulof (who, along with Jafar Panahi, has been unfairly imprisoned by the Ahmadinejad regime) has the simplest of plots: A middle-aged man rows around the islands of Lake Urmia, collecting tears from local tribes.
