The filmmaker's obsession with opera diva Maria Callas is on full display in this collection of shorts, including "Maria Callas, in 1957, Sings Elvira’s Aria and Recitative from Verdi’s 1844 Opera Ernani" (1966), "Maria Callas Portrait," "Callas Walking Lucia" and "Carla Sings" (all 1968). The lone feature, 1986's Mona Lisa, mixes Maria's voice with singer Caterina Volante's.
