A Taco Tasting

Hot off the griddle, Mexican-food whiz (and just-announced James Beard Award semifinalist) Alex Stupak is presenting six new taco creations with his trademark spin. For one night only, try combos like deviled eggs and trout-roe salsa; roasted carrots and amaranth salad; and baby back ribs, bacon and tamarind salsa. Each guest will be welcomed with Empellón's classic margarita.
