Wine snobs and beer geeks may have their convictions shaken at this four-course dinner, which seeks to determine which type of booze pairs best with various kinds of food. Urban Oyster owner and beer guru David Naczycz and Swirl Eventssommelier Tiffany Westley will choose suds and vino to go with each course, including pulled pork and citrus-cured salmon. After each round, you'll vote on your preferred pairing.
