Best of the Wurst

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL OCTOBER This one-day pop-up celebrates New York’s artisan wieners, inviting six culinary stalwarts—including Schaller & Weber and Esposito's—to present their proprietary wursts. Ticket holders have one hour to nosh on six two-ounce sausage samples, including Der Kommissar’s Nepalese beef pakwurst, chorizo with salsa verde from Pete Zaaz, and Katz's garlicky beef knoblewurst. Each brat comes with a free side, such as a mozzarella-tomato skewer (Esposito's) and white cabbage salad (Blaue Gans). Pair your plate with a gratis Radeberger tall boy.
