Brooklyn Sausage Fest

At this first ever battle of the wursts, 20 pro chefs and home cooks will churn out dishes using sweet and spicy links, including frittata and mac-and-cheese riffs. Once you’ve sampled all the tube steaks, cast a vote to help anoint a winner. A portion of sales will benefit BARC, a Williamsburg animal shelter.
