At this educational tasting, Josie Adams of Murray's Cheese will guide you through six seasonal cheeses paired with red wine and prosecco. Sample smoky washed-rind varieties and nutty aged sheep's-milk cheese with freshly baked baguette, dried fruit and nuts.
