Chowder Cookoff

Celebrate the cold weather at this foodie showdown, featuring 20 steaming bowls—including Manhattan, New England and corn chowders. Pony up ten bucks for unlimited tastes from the amateur-chef contestants, including author Cathy Erway (The Art of Eating In). Proceeds benefit an initiative to reimburse local fishermen who attended Terra Madre, Slow Food's annual international conference in Italy.
