Now in its 21st year, this annual charity tasting turned auction benefitting the city's hungry population invites deep-pocketed guests (the $400 entry-level ticket helps feed more than 1,500 children) to sample limitless offerings from more than 70 of the city's top tables and bars. On the menu are pecorino and sweet corn tortellini with chanterelle mushrooms from Gotham Bar & Grill and pan-roasted oysters in gochujang sauce from Grand Banks. During auction hour, bid on an at-home dinner for 10 cooked by chef Michael White (Marea) and a tour of Jacques Torres's Chocolate Factory led by the chocolatier himself.
