At this intimate cooking class, white-hot chef and queen of all things porcine April Bloomfield will demonstrate dishes from her new cookbook, A Girl and Her Pig. Savor an amuse paired with Maschio Brut Prosecco before feasting on four courses prepared in the classroom by the Spotted Pig toque. Wines from Banfi vineyard will be poured throughout the class, including Montauto Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Villa Cerna Chianti Classico Riserva, and each student will receive a one-year subscription to Food & Wine.
