For two Sunday evenings, Craftbar chef Lauren Hirschberg will serve a family-style dinner inspired by traditional Bavarian cuisine, featuring suckling pig and knödel (potato dumplings). Fleshing out the meal are craft beers like Captain Lawrence's Kolsch and Festbier, as well as Black Forest cake and crème bavaroise.
