Brooklyn Brewery hosts this evening of short lectures about baking. Local food artisans Keith Cohen (Orwasher’s Bakery), Matthew Tilden (SCRATCHbread) and Alfred Milanese (Martin’s Handmade Pretzels) will share their know-how on the craft while offering gratis samples of their bread, pretzels and pastries. Brooklyn brews will be available for $4 each, and if you like what you taste, buy some food items to take home.
