Free Lunch: A Tasting and Tour

Culinary historian Jane Ziegelman teams up with reps from Edible Manhattan and Brooklyn Brewery for a panel discussion on the tradition—typical in 19th-century saloons—of providing a gratis meal with the purchase of a beer.
