French Sausage and Beer Festival

Sausage and suds aren't just for the Germans. During this weeklong festival, nine French restaurants will offer special sausagecentric menus—head to participating eateries such as Marseille, whose dishes include a sausage tart with crispy sweetbreads ($11.75), and Pigalle, which will cater to pescatarians with a seafood boudin blanc ($10.95). Suds enthusiasts can pair the grub with rare large-format beers—such as Chimay Grand Reserve 2010 and Stillwater Stateside Saison—which will be offered by the glass ($6).
