The James Beard Foundation's Greens program, which runs social events for 21- to 40-year-olds, hosts this seafood lover's cocktail party at Wild Edibles Oyster Bar. Dig into snacks like tuna tartare and sesame shrimp rolls, plus four kinds of freshly shucked oysters, including Pine Islands and Skookum. Be sure to try the brand-new Black Crescent oyster, produced by Wild Edibles owner Richard Martin in New Brunswick, Canada.
