July Fourth Hot Dog Eating Contest at the Eventi Hotel

Guinness record holder Takeru Kobayashi defends his title against six challengers in Eventi Hotel's epic hot-dog-eating contest. After a winner is crowned, snag a first taste of a Kobi Dog, from Kobayashi's own line of grain-fed franks that go on sale July 4. Along with the dogs, Hester Street Fair favorites—like Deviant Chef's Asian-inspired burger—will be available in the outdoor plaza.
