Ferment your own slaw at this hands-on workshop with 30-year-old artisan producers Arirang Kimchi. Victoria Oh (Arirang's kimchi master) will guide you through the process—from preparing the cabbage to fine-tuning the heat level—before dishing out samples of the piquant condiment, paired with Great Brewers beer.
