The daylong corn celebration starts with aritisanal tortilla-making demonstrations by Hot Bread Kitchen and bites from the Rockaway Taco, then finishes with a multicourse feast of fish and vegetable ceviche, pescado a la talla and fresh tortillas prepared by Gabriela Camára (Contramar, Merotoro) and Ignacio Mattos (Estela).
