Mixology by Cripple Creek

Pedigreed drink slingers Damon Boelte (Prime Meats), Aaron Polsky (Amor y Amargo) and Mayur Subbarao (Dram, Cienfuegos) showcase their collective cocktail smarts at this rock-show–happy-hour hybrid. The barkeeps will mix eight cutting-edge quaffs in a dynamic onstage performance, while DJ Michael O’Rourke (of Brothers) blasts the basement with throwback rock & roll. Guests can sample concoctions like the Evil One, a modern play on an old-fashioned with black-trumpet-mushroom–infused crème de cassis, Scotch and a touch of absinthe.
