The Mediterranean-leaning eatery Barbounia will be filled with bright spices and flowers to set the scene for a special à la carte menu from chef Efraim Nahon, who will cook family-inspired recipes including house-made merguez lamb sausage ($12.50) and cornish-game-hen tagine with plums, raisins and spices ($24.50).
