Time Out says

The Caribbean commonwealth’s best and brightest culinary minds gather in Manhattan for four days worth of dinners, luncheons and talks celebrating modern-day cocina criolla. Spring for a series of big-name tasting menus featuring inter-island chef partnerships like a six-course seafood prix fixe by Jose Santaella of San Juan’s Santaella and Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin ($500) and a seasonal spread by Reynard’s Sean Rembold and visiting chef-cum-pitmaster Kevin Roth of Fajardo’s La Estacion ($150). Closing out the festivities is Sunday’s outdoor lechón asado brunch block party ($95), a walk-around tasting of Puerto Rican staples like alcapurrias, mofongo and roasted pork.
