Sake Dinner 2014

Tocqueville’s Jason Lawless teams up with Masato Shimitzu (15 East) and Marco Moreira (executive chef at both eateries) to present this ten-course feast, featuring braised mountain farm guinea hen and jasmine-marinated yellowtail hamachi. Each dish will be paired with a sake selected by "sake samurai" Roger Dagorn, while four attending sake makers speak on their creations.
