Celebrate the arrival of spring at Aquavit's two-week-long salmon smorgasbord. The seasonal fish menu includes favorites such as gravlax and cold-smoked salmon, but it also stretches beyond these well-known preparations. Try more adventurous dishes like salmon pudding with brown butter and lemon, and salmon terrine with roe and sour cream. The buffet costs $28 for lunch and $35 for dinner. If you feel like a tipple, try a house-infused aquavit, either neat ($7) or with a Carlsberg chaser ($12).
