Ten amateur pit-master teams from across the country converge on Gotham for this barbecue smackdown, to compete for the top spot in categories like Regional American, New World and Asian. Attendees can enjoy Ommegang beer, barbecue demos and the power to vote for the People's Choice best brisket, while judges (including Blue Smoke’s Kenny Callaghan and the Shed’s Brad Orrison) will pick their own smoked-meat victors.
