Max Sussman (formerly of Roberta's) takes on the cuisine of France's Languedoc-Roussillon region with this boozy brunch at the Williamsburg cocktail drinkery. As part of the fifth annual Sud de France Festival, the chef will offer cassoulet-style corned lamb, blue-cheese-stuffed biscuits and asparagus-and-egg salad. The Gallic fare will be paired with wines from the South of France (Domaine Collin, Zélige Caravent, Clos des Camuzeilles) and a fruity muscat-and-gin cocktail from Donna barman Jeremy Oertel. A live jazz band will entertain with traditional French tunes.
