Tyson Ho of Arrogant Swine will smoke a whole hog for this park soiree. Along with the pig, feast on Peking duck from Canton Gourmet and roasted lamb from Ovelia Psistaria. Queens breweries including Bridge & Tunnel, Rockaway and Big Alice will pour drafts all night (Rockaway's Summer Ale, Big Alice's Smoked Double Dubbel). Long Island City confectioner Malu caps the night with ice cream floats spiked with the local brews.
