Indulge your sweet tooth at this fund-raiser for CCAP, a nonprofit providing culinary programs to underprivileged youth. Pastry chef Stephen Collucci (Colicchio & Sons) and master chocolatier Mehdi Chellaoui (a CCAP alum himself) will show off their confectionary skills with live demos, like Chellaoui's truffles-three-ways session. Local bakers and bloggers—including Jacqueline Raposo of the Dusty Baker and Time Out New York's own Food & Drink assistant editor Patty Lee—will also serve samples of their own treats, such as Italian rainbow cookies, strawberry-shortcake shooters and green-tea pots de crème.
