Eat Drink Local Week, a sustainable-food fest cocurated by New York’s Edible magazines and GrowNYC, culminates with this star-studded soiree. Taste Greenmarket-inspired cocktails and seasonal grub from the likes of Julie Reiner (Clover Club) and Dan Barber (Blue Hill). The chefs and mixologists will man tasting stations, using farm-fresh produce in dishes such pork terrine and sugar snap peas (Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern), and spinach and goat cheese börek (Mary Cleaver of the Green Table). All proceeds benefit Greenmarket Youth Education project, which teaches children about healthy eating and sustainable farming.
